Have you been wanting to reach out to your Interior Designer... But don't know what services they can provide during our social distance period? Maybe you actually have time to focus on a project you've been putting off?? You know you need your Interior Designer but because of COVID-19 you can't invite them in. Don't want an awkward conversation... So what are you to do?
I discussed with Interior Designers Melissa Lewis and Andrea Sinkin how they are managing jobs during the pandemic.
Melissa: "I called it a drive thru design: I drop off a bag a goodies with detailed notes so they can study the choices. The other meetings have be either virtual meetings (face time) or phone calls to go over all the ideas and choices."

Andrea: "I always do virtual meetings and I make a lot of videos of brainstorms in the office when I need to communicate ideas to clients. With people being in their homes I think interior design is more important than ever! ... Assuming I have the measurements for a room I really never need to be on site.. Everything can be done remotely in my office and with the wonders of FaceTime it makes my job a lot easier!"

My advice, ASK - I bet your interior designer has already pivoted and is able to provide some kind of virtual meeting. You can reach out to either of these designers by clicking on their names and following the links!
